Banana and Coconut Biscuits

Ingredients

3 bananas

3 drops Twenty8 Cinnamon Bark Oil

1 Cup Organic shredded or flaked coconut

 

Place all the ingredients into a thermomix or food processor. When combined spoon the mixture onto the Ultraflexx Excalibur Tray and place into dehydrator. Turn onto 135 degrees and check every few hours. It is ready when you can peel off the mat and its not too soft or crunchy. You may like to turn them over halfway depending on how thick they are.
