This part of the bagua map can directly relate to health in all realms; nutrition, physical health, clean environment, new beginnings and family health. When setting goals towards building a sustainable healthy lifestyle we must consider the small steps required to achieve our goal. So many of us start out with great intentions, purchase clean fresh food, join the gym and perhaps purchase some books to assist our motivation. However after a few days or weeks we seem to fall back into our old patterns. I truly believe that mastering one little step at a time and being realistic with what we commit ourselves to should be enjoyable and easily motivated to implement. Good healthy lifestyle changes could be as simple as drinking more water, consuming more fresh fruit and vegetables, attending the local farmers market, trying new recipes, swapping your standard salad dressing to Inca Inchi Oil with some fresh herbs and lemon juice. Visualisation can also play a large role in creating new beginnings, spending 5 minutes a day in a quiet space visualising your perfect healthy day from the moment you wake to going to bed.
Quote by Dr John Demartini
"When you chunk down large projects into smaller bites you reduce the probability of procrastination and hesitation and increase the likelihood of becoming and remaining inspired. You also dissolve fear and guilt. Procrastination is a result of an un-clear, un-chunked and un-linked project."
