Red velvet chocolate cupcakes

2 cups pepitas, sesame, sunflowers into meal / flour
200g beetroot, grated or ground in a food processor
1/3 cup Cacao 8 dates or ½ cup honey
6 eggs
½ c coconut oil
1 tsp bi carb

Preheat oven to 175 degree fan forced, prepare tray. Place all ingredients into a thermomix or food processor and combine. Spoon evenly into cup cakes and bake for 20-25 min
